Collect and analyze useful data
With the high traffic of the MyOpinions website, Remy implemented a strategy to ensure signer authenticity.
“Transactional emails allow us to filter out real and fake signatures. Our commitment to our community is to ensure strong petitions and real signers. By checking these elements, we empower them to be able to rely on undisputed results.”
Each petition and signature is validated by email.
If a signature is not validated, it is not counted. The validation rate varies between 85% and 90%.

Smart email loyalty to increase platform return
MesOpinions’ email strategy goes beyond transactional emails.
“Our newsletters and sales emails are also sent out using Mindbaz. To keep improving our results, we created algorithms. When a new petition is published on our platform, the algorithms will analyze the content of the petition to categorize it and propose it to potential signers.
We added a unique differentiator: depending on how active a signer is, they won’t receive the same number of petitions in their mailbox.”

“We created our own internal tools to manage our operations on Mindbaz. Creating campaigns, sending proofs, scheduling…: our entire process is based on Mindbaz APIs.
Targeting is handled by our own algorithms and targets are created using the Mindbaz API. We also get the statistics from the API to aggregate them in our tools. This allows us to have everything in a single dashboard.
Finally, after each signature, a validation email is sent. Mindbaz’s APIs are very efficient and respond quickly to the thousands of requests we send them every minute.”
