A self-taught dabbler joins as a Business Developer
You can’t put Clémence in a box. Sciences Po Lille, a master’s in public law, a stint in internal auditing at Eiffage, journalism, management, strategy, comms, marketing… and now, she’s diving into business development. “I need to feel useful. Learning a new language: deliverability

Before Mindbaz, Clémence had already been advising clients on communication and marketing strategies, highlighting the importance of email — without fully realizing how crucial deliverability really is.
“As a communicator, I’d say: build your own list, don’t depend on algorithms. But I didn’t grasp the importance of what happens behind the scenes, on the technical side.”

“We can generate more volume if we have complementary marketing actions.”
She also wants to keep learning, refining her approach, and matching the right offers with the right needs.
Always in learning mode
Clémence’s background in marketing and writing is a solid foundation for her sales work.
But she’s the first to admit it: she’s actively deepening her skills in prospecting techniques and tools.
“Making phone calls doesn’t always feel relevant to me, especially with how communication habits are evolving. I’m skeptical. There’s a cultural shift away from phone calls. It works really well with some people — not at all with others. You have to be able to adapt.”
Clémence wants her outreach to be aligned with new behaviors, new reflexes, and real expectations.
Above all, she wants to understand how to help prospects reach their goals.
